After joining Astel, the intersteller alliance, the earth has become a sought after home for many Kihaadian migrant workers. However this has increased unemployment since Kihaadian labor is much cheaper than humans and are more suited heavy construction. Civil unrest ensued and so did riots. A special task force was created to keep the peace, its name: Cosmo Police.
