Catering to Otaku
Kazuo Ogoura, professor of political science at Aoyama Gakuin University, is president of the Japan Foundation, has published a piece in The Japan Time's on changing attitudes to why students are studying Japanese (I'll give you a hint: it involves manga) and how universities are catering to this.
